- Read the QMHC Youth AOD Grant Guidelines.
- Download and complete a budget proposal using the template provided on the Queensland Mental Health Commission website
- Attend the Briefing Session on Wednesday 21 January at 1:00PM (AEST)
Complete all fields in the application form, then UPLOAD a completed copy of your Budget Proposal and Timeline at Page 9, BEFORE you submit your final application form.
Any additional attachments such as letters of support can also be uploaded at Page 9.
