The Queensland Mental Health Commission (the Commission) administers a range of grants and sponsorship programs that support innovative approaches to mental health across Queensland, and build the evidence base to drive system reform aligned with Shifting minds: The Queensland Mental Health, Alcohol and Other Drugs and Suicide Prevention Strategic Plan 2023-
2028, and associated sub plans Every life: The Queensland Suicide Prevention Plan 2019-2029 (Phase Two) and
Achieving balance: The Queensland Alcohol and Other Drugs Plan 2022-2027.

The Commission is collecting personal information through SmartyGrants for the purpose of processing your application and for grants management. Your personal information will be collected and handled in accordance with the Information Privacy Act 2009 and will be provided to the following persons or organisations to process and manage your application:
If your application is approved, your organisation name and basic information about the funded initiative may be published on the Commission's website, the Queensland Government Open Data Portal, and/or in the Commission's Annual Report. Your personal information (i.e. as the authorised person making an application) will not be disclosed to any other parties without your consent, unless authorised or required by law.
SmartyGrants Privacy Statement
SmartyGrants is the cloud-based grants administration software solution that the Commission uses to manage applications and expressions of interest for various funding programs. Your personal information will be collected and stored using SmartyGrants software, but is not shared with any third party software providers at this time.
